The obsession is back!
Ok, just when I think that I have entered into the "I'll do it later" mode for the wedding plans, I have been kicked back into high speed. I am trying to make ends of everything and to figure out our budget. I know that you are supposed to start with a budget, but I am not the best with month to month budgets, so you can only imagine how "not so hot" I am with a wedding budget.
It's hard because even the things that we do that are at a discount, they still add up. We are looking at a $10,000 - $15,000 wedding. The scary thing is that the national average is $28,000. I guess as detailed and picky about some things I am, I couldn't imagine all the things that some weddings include. I guess it's all about personal taste and imagination.
Dress hunting has my mind swirling. Although, the label that seems to have the majority of the gowns on my "thumbs up" list are from the label Allure Bridal. The hard part is that the bridal shoppe I have been using doesn't have the easiest access to the label. I know that I am buying the bridesmaids, flowergirl and the tuxes there, so hopefully It will be cool if I buy my dress elsewhere as a last resort.
May the hunt continue....
