First Fitting for the Bridesmaids Dresses!

We went to Lori's Bridal and Formal Wear last night to try on the bridesmaids dress that we picked out. I went with my best friend and maid of honor, Juli. My friend Lisa came along also. Lisa doesn't know it yet, but I am going to ask her to be a personal attendant. shhh.

So anywhoo, Juli puts the store's dress on and it fits almost perfect! The only difference is that the store's dress is black and our will be Hazelnut. It's the lighter of the two dark browns available from Mori Lee in Satin. I am really excited for the whole process to start coming together. We look at some fabulous shoes also. I am totally impartial to the girls decision on shoes. They can all buy the same or just get their own. I am not picky.

After that, I tried on close to 12 dresses for myself. I originally picked out a dress by pronovias usa, and even though Lori at Lori's bridal was a total doll and actually called the manufacturer and found it for me, I am going to explore all my options. I tried dresses last night that I never would have thought about. I had a blast. We spend literally 4 hours at Lori's Bridal, but it was well worth it. We even found a flower girl dress to match the bridesmaids. I also found a tiara that I have GOT TO HAVE!

I left with 5 dresses as maybe's and am looking forward to more fitting/try-on sessions. It was not only fun, but it just adds to the excitement for the big day. I know that everyone will be beautiful.
