ah it's fixin' to be one helluva weekend!

So this weekend will kickoff with an OUCH! Addie is going in Saturday Morning for her last set of Shots. Then It's TO THE YARD young men! We had the front lawn marked by Gopher State earlier this week so we are going to finally put in the "bed" and plant the Burning Bush and the other flowers. I am putting Tulip Bulbs in this fall...so hopefully in the spring it will be perfect for Easter.

Sunday everyone is coming over for the Vikings game. Katie is bringing a Veggie Pizza, Allie is bringing Chips and the like and I...well I think I am going to try and tackle a Muffaletta Sandwich. If you have never heard of this Southern Wonder...it stems straight from New Orleans and it's amazing! it's got a full pound of meat, quarter pound of cheese and the best olive salad you've ever had! Leave it to me to pick the $45 sandwich. But the cool thing is that it makes 4+ servings.
